How to schedule a showing?

Qualifications

After showing, and if you like the home then we will conduct a background and credit check and also ask for proof of income. There will be a fee for this and it is only after you have seen the home. It is all done online and easy to pay for with a credit card. The minimum requirements will be:

• Gross Income must be 3 times the rent
• Must not have been party to an eviction within the last 5 years
• Must not have been convicted of a drug related charge within the last 5 years.
  • Note: we reserve the right to change these qualifications without notice. These are minimum qualifications and may not contain all qualifications for a property.
